We are very happy that the team effort of the last few years in which we made a unique data analysis pipeline to integrate and rank kinase activities based on phosphoproteomics data has resulted in a publication in Molecular Systems Biology. We believe this tool will be important in a future multi-OMICs pipeline to stratefy cancer patients for targeted therapie, ie., personalized medicine.
