OPL runs biomedical proteomics for PhD students of the EU Marie Curie ITN SECRET (https://secret-itn.eu/) with theory part open to all other (PhD) students and post-docs

• Week 1 of the course will be on-line and provide participants with a global insight into the field of proteomics, its theory and applications in biomedical research. One day will be dedicated to bioinformatics tools for (prot)eomics data analysis
• Week 2 will provide participants with hands-on experience with a proteomics experiment and data analysis.
